VEGAN SHOPPING LIST

As you already know I follow a vegan diet, based on plants, and without any product that comes from animals.

I want to share my shopping list with you, since many people ask me how during the day or if it does not bore me to always eat the same things or that they would like to start with a vegan lifestyle but they do not know how to start.

I personally love to go shopping, choose the fruits and vegetables that I want for the week and have meal ideas that I can prepare with them.
First I always go to a local store for fresh and deliciouuus fruits and vegetables and then everything else I buy in Mercadona, Lidle or Aldi, depending on where it is best for me. There are also products that I like more in one of the stores than in others and usually every 2 weeks I make a quick stop to take the 3 or 4 “extras”.

Some things like peanut butter, tahini, quinoa etc. I always ask for them online on this page that I really like Bulevip and you also have a 5€ discount when you register and shipping costs are free!

Another thing I wanted to comment on is that many people believe the myth of [EATING VEGAN IS EXPENSIVE]. If you realize the majority of foods how fruits and vegetables are, it is the cheapest thing you can find, and even more if you go to local stores like I do. I’m sure that any type of meat, sausages, fish or seafood is more expensive than most things on my list.
*Normally my weekly purchase is around 50€ for 2 people.

This list can serve as a guide to give you an idea, of course you do not have to buy all this every week.
Also keep in mind that depending on where you live, the stores you are going to buy, the season of the year and your preferences, the availability of food will vary. There will be some foods that you will not know or that you will never have tasted, if so, I recommend you look over it and try it before deleting it from your list.

I encourage you to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet. You do not have to change your way of eating overnight. You can start little by little trying all 1 day vegan, then 1 week and then 1 month … listening to your body and seeing how you feel.

Well, I do not roll up anymore and I’ll leave you with the shopping list …
