RAWNOLA

This is Luke’s most favourite breakfast/snack/lunch/dinner recipe!

I have to admit that I also love it, and it is also one of my favourites, that’s why I want to share it with you…

It is super easy to make you just need to add all the ingredients in to the blender and voilà!

This is such a good option for breakfast because it’s high in protein and it will give you lots of energy for all the morning.

Not just as a breakfast, It also works as a snack, and it’s perfect for school, travelling, pre and post workout.. and even as a dessert!

I love the combination of RAWNOLA with Cococnut Yogurt, it is just the perfect mix!

Ingredients:

1 cup OATS

6 MEDJOOL DATES

2 tbsp SHREDDED COCONUT

1 tbsp AGAVE SYRUP

1 tsp CINAMON

*toppings:

COCONUT YOGURT

FIGS

ALMONDS

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients in to the blender.

Start blending with slow pulses and then continue full speed.

After a few seconds, I like to give it a good stir with a spoon to make sure that anything is stuck on the bottom.

Then I will finally blended up again for another 20 seconds.

Add the COCONUT YOGURT in to a bowl and then topp it with the RAWNOLA. I also added FIGS and chopped ALMONDS.
