PINK SMOOTHIE BOWL

Okay, right now this one is my favourite smoothie! And it’s PINK!!!

I don’t really know what it’s about, but I just love it and I enjoy it so much.

I can have this smoothie bowl every morning, it is super nourish, full of vitamins and also high in iron thanks to the BEETROOT.

I just like to experiment and create new smoothies and one day I created this one and it has been my favourite so far.

Let me show you how easy it is…

Ingredients:

1  cooked BEETROOT

2 BANANAS

1/2 cup RASPBERRIES

1 MEDJOOL DATE (pitted)

1/2 cup NON DAIRY MILK (I used SOY MILK)

*toppings:

1 tbsp CHIA SEEDS

1 tbsp MIX SEEDS

SHREDDED COCONUT

RASPBERRIES

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients in to the blender.

Blend for a few seconds.

Add the smoothie in to a bowl.

Topped with the SEEDS, COCONUT and some more RASPBERRIES.

Sooo easyyy you see!
